To improve the user experience, WhatsApp keeps adding new features. One of these features is the timed message pinning option. The WhatsApp beta version 2.23.13.11 was recently distributed through the Google Play Beta program.
Users who have received this version will be able to determine for themselves how long the pinned messages will stay pinned in chats and groups. With the new feature, you will have the power to decide how long the pinned messages will remain pinned in individual and group chats.
According to the leaked screenshot, users are being offered three different options: 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. The pinning feature allows users to keep important messages highlighted for a specific duration. With the new feature, you will be able to adjust the pinning duration as well.
The timed message pinning feature is currently in the testing phase and is not accessible to all users. However, if the testing yields successful results, soon all users will be able to benefit from this feature.
